SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed are electrode system, based on it sensor for analyte in vivo conditions concentration measuring, as well as use of acrylic and/or methacryl monomers hydrophilic copolymer as spacer membrane for said electrode system. Electrode system comprises electrode with enzyme immobilized molecules, optionally diffusion barrier, and spacer membrane, forming at least part of electrode system external layer. Spacer membrane contains acrylic and/or methacryl monomers hydrophilic copolymer. At that, hydrophilic copolymer contains from 60 to 85 mol% of hydrophilic monomers and up to 40 mol% of acrylic and/or methacryl hydrophobic monomers.
EFFECT: advantage of inventions is lower water absorption by copolymer, which increases spacer membrane mechanical stability, as well as reducing tissue reaction to implant and capsule formation inhibition, separating sensor from the surrounding tissue and total body water.
