FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for mapping and ablation of renal nerves, located in renal artery, contains guide catheter, catheter for mapping and ablation, handle and connector. Guide catheter has cavities and distal end with adjustable curve. Catheter for mapping and ablation is in one of cavities of guide catheter and has distal end, which includes electrodes and sensors. Electrodes for radiofrequency energy supply serve as electrodes. Distal end of catheter for mapping and ablation is curved and moves out forward from guide catheter or is retracted in it and rotates on central axis of open end of guide catheter. Curve of distal end of catheter for mapping and ablation is provided with traction cable, one end of which is fastened to distal end of catheter for mapping and ablation, and the other one - to spring inside handle. When distal end of catheter for mapping and ablation is retracted into guide catheter, it is fastened in place and pulls traction cable, compressing the spring. When distal end of catheter for mapping and ablation moves forward from guide catheter, its distal end is unfastened, spring decompress in natural way and pulls traction cable, curving distal end of catheter. Nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory with preset shape is also applied in such a way, that distal end can preserve specified curve after installation on catheter. Handle connects guide catheter and catheter for mapping and ablation and includes control components, intended for control of movement of guide catheter and catheter for mapping and ablation. Connector is intended for energy supply to electrode.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy, efficiency and safety of operation of renal nerve ablation is achieved.
