FIELD: biotechnology, virology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in producing viruses. Method is carried out as repetitive discontinuous process. Mammalian cells attached with substrate are cultured up to attainment the desirable volume of the industrial series. In the course of the process about 80-90% of cells from pre-industrial series are used for preparing at least a single industrial series and the remained about 10-20% of cells of pre-industrial series are used for sowing for preparing at least a single the following pre-industrial series. Invention provides the significant acceleration of procedure for preparing cells used for producing biological products (viruses).
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
