Mammalian cells attached with substrate are cultured up to attainment the desirable volume of the industrial series. In the course of the process about 80-90% of cells from pre-industrial series are used for preparing at least a single industrial series and the remained about 10-20% of cells of pre-industrial series are used for sowing for preparing at least a single the following pre-industrial series. Invention provides the significant acceleration of procedure for preparing cells used for producing biological products (viruses).
