FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing methacryloxymethylalkoxysilane of formula (I) is proposed by reaction of potassium methacrylate with chloromethylalkoxysilanes in the medium of N,N-dimethylformamide in the presence of polymerization inhibitors, followed by filtration and rectification of the reaction mixture, characterized in that the return solvent from the stage of extracting the desired product by rectification is used in the synthesis process, while the initial solvent and the potassium salt are dehydrated due to the additional boiling of the technical weight with stripping before adding the alkoxysilane, which is injected to achieve maximum output in the temperature range of 150-155°C.
EFFECT: high output and low methacryloxymethylalkoxysilane cost, reduced amount of waste solvents.
