FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: stimulus electroneuromyography is performed to determine: form of motor M-response and sensory action potential amplitude values of these parameters on the upper and lower limbs, values of the motor-sensory and proximal-distal factors on the upper and lower limbs, craniocaudal ratio of motor and sensory fibers, value of residual latency of the median and tibial nerves, professional experience and age of the subjects. Each indicatore is scored, the obtained scores are summed, if the total is less than 10 points, a pre-clinical stage of neuromuscular disorders is diagnosed, 11-24 points - an early clinical stage, 25 points or more - a clinical stage.

EFFECT: method allows to increase diagnosis accuracy, which is achieved due to the additional accounting and valuation of motor M-response and sensory action potential waveform.
