When the content of benzene in the blood of a child is not less than 1.1 times higher than the reference level of 0 mg/dm3, the level of formaldehyde is not less than 1.1 times higher than the reference level of 0.0076 mg/dm3, manganese level is not less than 1.1 times the reference level equal to 0.017 mg/dm3, the level of chromium is not less than 1.1 times higher than the reference level equal to 0.0047 mg/dm3 and the level of nickel is not less than 1.1 times above the reference level, equal to 0.0043 mg/dm3, IgE specific to formaldehyde, manganese, nickel and IgG specific to benzene, with the simultaneous presence of a combination of the following indicators: the level of the mode indicator (Mo) within 0.705-0.860 sec; the level of the mode amplitude index (AMo) in the range of 24.40-39.10%; stress index indicator (IN1) within 34.50-87.10 c.u.; the ratio of the stress index in the clinoorthostatic test to the stress index in the initial state (IN2/IN1) within 1.55-3.55 c.u.; the presence of reactive hyperplasia of the lymph nodes of the upper jugular group; the content of the absolute number of CD56+-lymphocytes within 0.306-0.368⋅109/dm3; IL-4 level within 1.99-3.57 pg/cm3, IL-6 within 0.90-2.19 pg/cm3; level of direct bilirubin in the range of 5.50-6.08 mcmol/dm3; the level of total iron-binding capacity (TIBC) within 62.0-67.74 mcmol/dm3; the level of IgE in the range of 124.66-205.18 IU/cm3 is diagnosed in a child with allergic rhinitis associated with combined exposure to atmospheric chemical factors and persistent herpes virus infection.
EFFECT: method provides for the creation of an informative and evidence-based method for diagnosing allergic rhinitis in children associated with the combined effect of harmful chemical factors of atmospheric air and persistent herpes virus infection by determining functional and laboratory parameters, as well as the content of benzene, formaldehyde, manganese, chromium and nickel in the blood.
