SUBSTANCE: method for colon cancer diagnosis by determination of the COL1A2 gene level promoter region methylation through pyrosequencing, wherein the methylation level of CpG dinucleotides in gene COL1A2 promoter region is investigated, and upon detection of methylation decrease in the tumor tissue by 10% or more compared to the normal tissue, a high probability of colon cancer is concluded. PCR primer (F): 5'-GTATTTGTGGTGAAGTGAGTGTTA-3', PCR primer (R): 5'-biotin-CCTTTAAACCAAAAAAACCTCTAAAC-3' primer for sequencing: 5'-TAGGGTTTATAAGGTA-3' can be used.
EFFECT: invention allows to diagnose RCC with high reliability, including the early stage of tumour disease.
