SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions relates to customer replaceable (CRUM) monitoring unit module, mounted and dismounted from images forming device service unit, and to using it images forming device, and, in particular, to CRUM unit, which extracts energy from timing signal and to image forming device, using it. Disclosed group of inventions includes customer replaceable (CRUM) monitoring unit module, images forming device and service unit, mounted on images forming device and dismounted from it. At that, customer replaceable (CRUM) monitoring unit module comprises energy extraction circuit, made with possibility of, when timing signal is received from images forming device, energy extraction from timing signal high value and storing extracted energy in capacitive element, and controller, made with possibility of operation using extracted energy, wherein timing signal has first pulse width in data section, in which data signal is received and transmitted, and has second pulse width, which is less than first pulse width, in pause section, in which data signal is not transmitted, and wherein energy extraction circuit extracts energy from timing signal high value in data section and in pause section.
EFFECT: technical result consists in determining of each unit replacement exact time, reducing power consumption, as well as CRUM unit size reducing.
