SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics. Sample of ischemia/reperfusion is performed for women with chronic hypertension at 22-37 weeks of gestation. The ratio of the forearm tissues oxygenation level is determined after the completion of sample to the original level of oxygenation. If the value of index is equal to 0.93 or more, pre-eclampsia joining is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of pre-eclampsia joining determination for pregnant women with chronic hypertension, and also helps to timely identify the tactics of pregnancy monitoring and carry out activities aimed at treatment of the identified disease.
