SUBSTANCE: complex acting phosphorbased on the rare earth elements oxysulfides, activated by Ho3+ ions and sensitized by Yb3+ ions, has a chemical composition corresponding to the following empirical formula: , where Ln is one of Y3+, La3+, Gd3+ ions; Me1 is one of the ions of the Periodic System group II elements - Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+; Me2 is one of the ions of groups IV (Ti4+, Zr4+, Si4+), or V (Nb5+, Ta5+) elements of the Periodic System; 0.01≤x≤ 0.2; 0.0005≤y≤0.01; 0.01≤d≤0.1; 0,005≤c≤0.05.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the photostimulated quenching of visible anti-Stokes luminescence without significant changes to the initial radiation source spectral composition at single-photon excitation by IR radiation in the range of 0,94-0,98 microns.
