SUBSTANCE: complex acting phosphorbased on the rare earth elements oxysulfides, activated by Ho3+ ions and sensitized by Yb3+ ions, has a chemical composition corresponding to the following empirical formula:
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the photostimulated quenching of visible anti-Stokes luminescence without significant changes to the initial radiation source spectral composition at single-photon excitation by IR radiation in the range of 0,94-0,98 microns.
