PREPARATION POSSESSING NEUROPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES IN EXPERIMENT AND METHOD OF OBTAINING THEREOF Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61K35/64

Abstract RU 2614694 C1

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of creating preparation possessing neuroprotective properties in experiment, including biodegradable polymer matrix based on silk fibroin with immobilised peptide-agonist of PAR 1 receptor, released by activated protein C in ratio 99-99.9:0.1-1 wt % fibroin:peptide, as well as method for obtaining thereof.

EFFECT: application of the claimed group of inventions makes it possible to protect peptide -agonist of PAR 1 receptor, released by activated protein C from proteolysis and regulate rate of preparation output under conditions of experiment.
