SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of development of a method for neuroprotection in the experiment including introduction of an agent containing biodegradable polymeric fibroin based matrix with immobilized peptide- PAR1 receptor agonist released by activated protein C.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows to perform studies of neuroprotection using a cell model (in vitro) simulating in vivo conditions and including introduction in the cell model of an agent containing biodegradable silk fibroin based matrices and peptide-PAR1 receptor agonist released by activated protein C.
