FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fine-dispersedfluid sprayer comprises a hollow cylindrical casing with a nozzle in which jets are arranged in mutually perpendicular planes. Hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with male connector for connection to the distribution pipeline, bringing liquid, conical transition portion and cylindrical parts with large diameter cross section, and with internal threaded surface, and coaxial to the hull in the bottom of the nozzle is enshrined, formed by a cylindrical surface with external thread, interacts with the cylindrical portion of the shell. The cylindrical surface of the nozzle moves into a conical surface and the closed end, perpendicular to the axis of the chassis, a blank partition with pre-orifice technology at its center, made the propulsion nozzle and consisting of cylindrical and conical throttle openings connected in series, with a larger diameter conical holes located on the deaf ears of the nozzle. The casing and the nozzle form three coaxial between internal cylindrical Chamber, and on the nozzle on the side opposite to the feed liquid, made a number of additional nozzles formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for the passage of fluids and horizontal canals that intersect on the lateral surface of the tapered nozzles and form of each outlet nozzles, with paired channels located at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes enclosures and the tapered side surface of the nozzle executed with an angle at the top, equals to 90°.
EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
