FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fluid dispenser comprises a hollow cylindrical casing with a nozzle in which jets are arranged in mutually perpendicular planes. The hollow casing consists of a cylindrical part with external thread for connection to a distribution pipeline union and two hollow cylindrical-conical collars sequentially connected and coaxial to it. Coaxial to the body, in its lower part, a nozzle is formed by an external conical surface and an end wall perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle with a blind partition, in which the central throttling opening and inclined holes at an angle of 45° to the nozzle axis. On the nozzle conical surface, the cylindrical collar is made with outer thread for connection with the case lower cylinder-taper belt is made. An additional row of jets that are formed by the pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for fluid passage and horizontal channels which are crossing on the conical lateral surface of the nozzle and form outlet holes of each jet are made on the opposite side of the fluid supply of the nozzle. Note that paired channels are arranged at right angle in the case lengthwise planes. The conical lateral surface of the nozzle features vertex angle equal to 90°. On the cylinder-conical belt rigidly connected to the cylindrical part of the body, two rows of throttling holes are made: one row represents horizontal holes made on a cylindrical surface, the other row represents inclined holes at an angle of 45°. On the cylindrical conical belt rigidly connected to the cylindrical part of the body with the external thread, the conical shock plate is rigidly fixed under the output slices of the inclined holes made at an angle of 45° to the axis of the body, on the lower conical surface of the cylinder-conic belt.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spray.
