FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. In a liquid atomizer comprising a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle in which jets are formed in mutually perpendicular planes, hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the connecting pipe of the distribution pipeline and two series-connected and coaxial with it hollow cylinder-conical belts, and coaxially with the body, in its lower part, a nozzle formed by an external conical surface and an end wall perpendicular to the nozzle axis is fixed, a blind partition, in which a central throttle hole is provided and at least three inclined holes at an angle of 45° to the axis of the nozzle, and a cylindrical bead with an external thread is formed on the conical surface of the nozzle to connect the nozzle to the lower cylinder-conical body belt, with an additional row of jets on the nozzle on the side opposite the liquid supply, which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for passage of liquid and horizontal channels that intersect on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form the outlets of each of the nozzle, pair channels being arranged at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes of the housing, the conical side surface of the nozzle having an apex angle of 90°, and on the cylindrical-conical belt rigidly connected with the cylindrical part of the body there are two rows of throttling holes: one row represents at least three horizontal holes made on a cylindrical surface, the other row represents at least three inclined holes at an angle of 45°.
EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
