SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to predict inotropic therapy resistance for newborns with hypotension. DNA is isolated from peripheral blood samples. Polymerase chain reaction is applied for genotyping of polymorphisms of ADD1:1378G>T, ADRA2A:-1291C>G, SLC6A2:-182T>C, ACE:287bp Ins> Del genes. The likelihood of resistance to treatment is calculated as follows.
EFFECT: invention enables high sensitivity and specificity of inotropic therapy resistance prediction for newborns with hypotension.
