METHOD FOR DETERMINING PREDISPOSITION TO DEVELOPING HYPERTENSIVE TYPE VEGETOVASCULAR DYSTONIA IN MALES, REALIZED BY EXCESSIVE CONTAMINATION WITH HEXANE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01N33/58 G01N33/49 C12Q1/6806 C12Q1/686 C12Q1/6876

Abstract RU 2766732 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to therapy and medical genetics. Disclosed is a method for determining predisposition to developing hypertensive vegetovascular dystonia in males, which is realized by excessive hexane contamination. Urine, blood and buccal epithelium are sampled. Polymorphisms of ADRB2 Arg16Gly (rs1042713) and ADD1 Gly460Trp (rs4961) genes are genotyped. If the following diagnostic criteria are met simultaneously: presence of ADRB2 Argl6Gly (rs 1042713) gene GG genotype, presence of ADD1 Gly460Trp (rs4961) gene GG genotype, exceeding the content of hexane in urine by 10 times or more compared to the background level of 0.01 mcg/cm3, exceeding the level of IgG to hexane by 2 times or more compared to the upper limit of the physiological norm, and the level of adrenaline being higher than 10–100 pg/ml, genetic predisposition to hypertensive type vegetovascular dystonia in males under conditions of excessive hexane contamination is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable assessment of the effect of hexane on developing hypertensive vegetovascular dystonia in males.
