SUBSTANCE: deflector of the tubular ventilation device, containing plates, located upside down on the top of each other with the gap, contains the lower plate with a hole in the bottom, mounted above it the average plate, the bottom of which is performed with the pipe section, inserted with a gap in the hole to the bottom plate, as well as the upper plate mounted over the middle plate and allows to achieve the technical result.

EFFECT: increase of the device effectiveness, both in regard to the energy savings due to the reduced productivity at high wind speeds and higher performance at low wind speeds.
