FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental oncology. Tumor fragment of human ovarian cancer is transplanted into female ovary of immunodeficiency mouse. Immunodeficiency mouse is placed on an operating table in the abdominal position. Skin, subcutaneous fat, animal peritoneum is parallel to the spine, below the costal arch. Ovary is brought under the skin. Ovary is fixed to the peritoneum proximally directly behind the ovary tissue, distally - behind the uterine tube with separate ligatures, not squeezing the blood vessels supplying the ovary. Ovary is dissected along an edge opposite the vascular pedicle for 2 mm. Tumor material is fixed directly in the ovarian wound. Skin is closed above the ovary.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a patient-like model of ovarian cancer, most authentically reflecting features of oncogenesis and is an important test system for preclinical studies of various methods of treating ovarian cancer.
