FIELD: medicine, experimental oncology in particular.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology, namely to experimental oncology, and can be used to study the pathogenesis of the primary multiple neoplastic process in an experiment. A method for modeling the primary multiple growth of malignant tumors with the suppression of one tumor by another in conditions of primary immunodeficiency is that female BALB/c Nude mice are subcutaneously injected under the scapula on the left with a suspension of mouse melanoma B16/F10 tumor cells in 0.5 ml of saline solution in a 1:20 dilution, while 0.5 million Guerin rat carcinoma tumor cells in 0.5 ml of saline solution are injected under the scapula on the right.
EFFECT: invention provides the creation of a model of primary multiple malignant growth by subcutaneous grafting of melanoma B16/F10 and Guerin's carcinoma to BALB/c Nude mice.
