FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: synthetic DNA is prepared that encodes anti-mullerian human hormone, contains anti-mullerian human hormone gene with a codon composition and guanine and cytosine content, optimized for expression in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Based on the obtained DNA expression vector pTVK4pu/MISOPT is constructed, with scheme shown in Fig. 1, which contains a puromycin resistant gene as a selectable marker. pTVK4pu/MISOPT expression vector transforms CHO cells to produce a strain of Chinese hamster ovary cells CHO-MIS - recombinant anti-mullerian human hormone deposited under number RKKK(P) 775D. Strain CHO-MIS provides accumulation of up to 200 mg/l of AMG in the culture medium for 11 days in serum-free chemically defined medium with a composition containing no animal-derived components.
