FIELD: pharmacy.

SUBSTANCE: suspensions include water, processing booster, and gold-platinum bimetallic nanocrystals, with the average particle size of less than 50 nm, that are present in the suspension in the total metal atomic concentration of 2-1000 ppm, and have surfaces providing at least one characteristic selected from the following: (1) no organic chemical components adhered or attached to the said surfaces, and (2) are substantially pure and free from any chemical components adhered or attached to surfaces other than water, products of water lysis or processing booster, none of which changes the functioning of the nanocrystals. The suspensions are also characterized by pH between 5 and 12 and a zeta potential of at least -30 mV. Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for suspensions production and methods of treatment of patients with cancerous condition comprising injection of these suspensions.

EFFECT: obtaining of nanocrystals suspensions with more clean surfaces and more active behavior compared to the particles containing surface impurities.
