FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to methods and devices for preservation of donor organs for transplantology. Container for the donor organ preservation comprises a sealed body with an internal cavity for placing the donor organ, having means for placing and fixing the donor organ to ensure transportation of the donor organ in an anatomical position. Sealed body is configured to inject a gaseous preservation medium into the internal cavity and comprises a perfusion circuit for injecting a gaseous perfusate in the form of a preservation gaseous medium into the vasculature of the donor organ. Perfusion circuit includes an injection device and a channel for supplying a gaseous perfusate to a donor organ. Temperature and pressure sensors are installed in the sealed housing, wherein one of the pressure sensors provides the determination of the gaseous perfusate excess pressure in the donor organ, and the other provides the determination of the pressure of the preservation gaseous medium injected into the inner cavity of the sealed housing. Delivery device is represented by a peristaltic pump. Channel for intake of gaseous perfusate from inner cavity of sealed housing filled with gaseous preservation medium is connected to inlet of pressure device. Container is intended for implementation of method of donor organ preservation, which includes donor organ placement in inner cavity of sealed body and donor organ connection to perfusion circuit, sealing the container and injecting the gaseous preservation medium into the inner cavity at rate of 0.005 to 0.05 bar/s, perfusion of donor organ with gaseous perfusate, by means of perfusion circuit, wherein perfusion is carried out by supplying gaseous perfusate to donor organ in equal portions at intervals with discreteness of activation of pumping device of perfusion circuit. Pressure and discreteness of pressure device actuation is determined by empirical formulas.
EFFECT: disclosed container and method for donor organ preservation extend the range of agents for this purpose and provide higher safety of the donor organ.
