FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: value of the left ventricle global deformation in longitudinal direction is determined prior to stenting and the first 7 days after coronary arteries stenting. If the magnitude of left ventricular global deformation in longitudinal direction reduces by 1% and more, and increase of time to the peak rate of left ventricle apex rotation in the systole up to 189 msec and more, subclinical myocardial injury is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to diagnose subclinical myocardial injury at early stages after surgery stenting of coronary arteries prior to patient's complaints, electrocardiographic changes, emergence or worsening of violations of left ventricle local contractility, enabling timely correction of the prescribed therapy.
