FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: based on an X-ray examination, the site for mini implant installation is selected in the buccal and palatal areas. Local anesthesia of the buccal and palatal areas of mini-implant installation is performed. Next, a mini-implant is instaled in the buccal and palatal surfaces of the alveolar process using a manual key tool. Further, an elastic chain without increments, with activation per 1 unit from mini-implants to a tooth or a group of teeth is used as a rod. The elastic chain is replaced every 4 weeks. As intrusion is reached, the mini-implants are removed using a key tool under local anesthesia.
EFFECT: method allows, due to applcation of two mini-implants and a rod to move the teeth by the intrusion, to reduce root resorption of the moved teeth; exclude mucosal and bone dissection, asymmetric load on the introduced teeth, deviation of the moved teeth and application of additional devices for rod fixation.
