FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for creating controlled radiating beam. The claimed system has an electronic control and does not contain parts, that have to be moved relatively to each other, while making the mentioned beam. The direction and the cross-section of the radiating beam can be electronically controlled by means of electron beam control. The claimed invention provides various embodiments for X-ray collimator, that allows to get the scanning X-ray beam of the required size and intensity, regardless the material thickness and without the required hole or physical components movement, which form the collimator hole. According to certain embodiments, the collimator is provided for X-rays, it is arranged to create a scanning X-ray beam of the required size and intensity, regardless the beam tilt angle.
EFFECT: invention provides optimization of the collimated emitting beam control without necessity to manipulate by any physical element of the collimator.
