SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology, can be used for obtaining human alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) with application of strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts, containing recombinant AFP gene. Obtained are: recombinant human AFT, containing so-called "slow" codons, encoding leucine in conservative AFP sections, recombinant plasmid and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell for expression and secretion of said recombinant AFP respectively.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase production of active AFP.
