SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Invention represents method of reproduction of transgenic plants of meadow clover by method of bud culture in vitro, including picking of buds from surface sterilized for 5 minutes in 0.1 % aqueous solution of diocide and washed in sterile water 4–5 times sections of stems with length of 1.5–2.0 cm with axillary buds of vegetative transgenic plants of meadow clover and placing them on agar nutrient medium Gamborg B5, where at first sections of stems with axillary buds 1.5–2.0 cm long are washed in running tap water (10 minutes) and after surface sterilization at shaking separated axillary buds are cultured on agar medium Gamborg B5 with 2.0 mg/l of BAP to size of no less than 4.0 mm, then 4 passages are made on agar medium Gamborg B5 with 2.0 mg/l BAP and 50 mg/l of kanamycin until formation of morphogenic tissue only with green shoots, wherein duplicated transgenic (kanamycin resistant) plants are plants-regenerants of meadow clover, forming roots of no less than 50 mm on agar medium Gamborg B5 with 2.0 mg/l BAP and 50 mg/l of kanamycin.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to repeatedly introduced in vitro culture of transgenic plants of meadow clover, production of long-cultivated morphogenic tissue, study expression of gene introduced in vegetative reproduced transgenic plants of meadow clover.
