SUBSTANCE: device for patient's eyes treatment comprises: the first annular structure configured to be positioned on the front eye surface in its outer optical region under one of the upper and lower eyelids, at that, the first structure includes a retaining structure; and the second structure, supported by a retaining structure portion arranged along the entire second structure, from the first end of the second structure to the second end of the second structure. The second structure is made of a material with lower hardness which is softer than the first structure, thus presenting a softer surface suitable for a contact with the eye. The second structure has a therapeutic agent that is included or contained in the material of the second structure. The device has the first shape before being placed on the eye, and corresponds to the second shape some time after the placement of the said device. At that, the first structure is configured to retain the second shape, different from the first shape after removal from the eye.

EFFECT: efficient release of therapeutic agent over prolonged use.
