FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: when receiving radar absorbing coatings on protected surface radar absorbing material is applied in multiple layers, wherein at least one of the layers are split rings of conductive material thicker than the thickness of the skin layer. Moreover, the creation of split rings is performed by magnetron sputtering through a metal mask in which windows have a size and shape corresponding to the shape and size of the split rings, and spraying mode is selected from a predetermined thickness of the conductive material layer.
EFFECT: improving processability method of manufacturing radar absorbing coating having high absorption in a wide wavelength range.
