FIELD: nanomaterials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of hybrid nanomaterials intended for detection of organic and inorganic molecules, in particular, for creating fluorescent hydrogels from fluorescent nanocrystals and biological recognition molecules during sol-gel phase transition. Fluorescent hydrogel for detecting biological molecules consists of fluorescent inorganic low-toxicity nanocrystals with a core/shell structure, surface of which contains thiol-containing ligands capable of gel formation due to sol-gel phase transition, and also contains ligands with which single-domain antibodies are conjugated, which specifically bind the analysed analyte, conjugated in a spatially oriented manner so that their antigen-binding portions are oriented outside the surface of the nanocrystals.

EFFECT: creation of a fluorescent hydrogel for the detection of biological molecules, which provides a uniform distribution of fluorescent inorganic low-toxicity nanocrystals of the core/shell structure and biological recognition molecules based on single-domain antibodies, which increases sensitivity of detecting analytes and use it in biosensors of biological molecules.
