FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology. When producing porous luminescent structures containing luminophors embedded in a photonic crystal formed in the form of porous layers on a substrate, first, a one-dimensional photonic crystal with an ordered array of porous layers is formed, which are obtained by chemical or electrochemical etching of the substrate, which is a plate from silicon, SiO2, Si3N4, SiC. Then, the obtained photonic crystal is oxidised thermally or chemically to create a surface SiO2 film. Thermal oxidation is carried out by heating from 300 to 1000 °C, and chemical - in solutions containing hydrogen peroxide. Thereafter, silanisation is carried out in solutions of alkoxysilanes to form a hydrophobic surface of the photonic crystal and phosphors are introduced therein with a width of the luminescence line which overlaps the resonance mode of the photonic crystal as to wavelength by means of successive digging of the organic solution containing a luminophore onto the surface of the photonic crystal. Luminescent substances used are semiconductor nanocrystals or organic dyes.
EFFECT: obtained porous luminescent structures have a narrow luminescence spectrum owing to reducing the probability of nonradiative recombination when interacting with the substrate surface.
