SUBSTANCE: during computer tomography, visceral fat area is measured in square centimeters. Biochemical blood survey is conducted on an empty stomach with triglycerides level (mmol/l) and glucose level (mmol/l) determination. Scores are assigned to each of the considered indicators. The total score is calculated. If the total score is 1.37 or higher, high risk for atherosclerotic vascular changes for Khakass is recorded.
EFFECT: method allows accurate, informative, accessible and easy way to predict the risk of atherosclerotic changes due to a comprehensive assessment of the most significant indicators.
