FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: prohibited and allowed light bands for the athlete movement are formed on the playing field with the help of the controlled kinetic lighting, reacting with the specified response time on the athlete movement direction change. At that the change of the position, shape and area of the light bands and training regimes is specified by the hardware-software complex (HSC), which includes the light emitter and the video camera. The HSC during the specified period of time generates the predetermined number of one or several simulated by the light bands exemplary game situations (EGS), which are presented to the athlete in a given or random order with unpredictable for the athlete time intervals. Exemplary game situations are formed by the light bands, so that the athlete always has a choice of one of the several options for moving on the playing field. At the athlete stereotypical choice of the movement options along the playing field in the given EGS, the HSC sets the program of its correction, which performs the repetition of the specified EGS formation with the asymmetric response time of the light bands. At that the minimum HSC system response time is set to the stereotypical option of the athlete's movement and the maximum response time of the complex system to the other possible options of the athlete's movement, when solving the game problem.
EFFECT: method provides the correction of the athlete's movement stereotype in game sports based on the automated control over the athlete actions, feedback, the interactive system for responding to the artificially controlled environment, that allows to control the dynamics of stereotype changes and to assess the athlete retrainability, his potential.
