SUBSTANCE: set consists of disposable instruments with a metal working part - conjunctival tweezers, episcleral scraper, double-toothed dosing knife, scleral exfoliators - right and left, final spatula, iris-corneal tweezers, general surgical knife and plastic marker.
EFFECT: set provides the possibility of scleral capsule tissues dosed interposition minimally traumatic for the eye, without application of seams, drains and expensive implants, at simultaneous adjustment and activation of the two ways of intraocular fluid outflow, significantly increasing the effectiveness and hypotensive effect of the proposed microsurgical intervention for eyes with glaucoma.
