Next, the position of the perforations is determined against the printed security elements, and the security document is recognized "genuine" if the detected positions and the resulting images correspond substantially to the previously saved "templates" of the security document. The perforations are structured so that they are invisible, when viewed with the naked eye.

EFFECT: invention hinders falsification of the security document.
