FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: part of the gyratory crusher frame comprises an upper mantle with an annular wall around the longitudinal axis of the frame part, the wall is formed radially between the surfaces facing radially outward and radially inward. The inwardly facing surface has the first and second mounting areas that are inclined relative to the longitudinal axis such that the respective first axial upper ends of the first and second mounting areas are radially closer to the longitudinal axis than the respective second axially lower ends. The second mounting region is located axially below the first mounting area, at that, a portion of the first mounting area projects radially inward from a portion of the second mounting area. The annular rib is located axially between the first and second mounting areas and protrudes radially inward from the wall. The annular rib has an inwardly facing mounting surface placed radially inward with respect to the axially lower end of the first mounting area and the axially upper end of the second mounting area. The first gyratory crusher is characterized in that it comprises the above-described upper mantle and a crushing mantle arranged radially inward from the upper mantle wall. The crushing mantle comprises an annular main body with a blending surface facing outwardly with respect to the longitudinal axis and a crushing surface facing inwardly with respect to the longitudinal axis. At least one wall is formed and continues radially between the blending surface and the crushing surface and has the first upper axial end and the second lower axial end, raised first and second contact areas, annular groove extending about the longitudinal axis and recessed radially inward with respect to the first and second contact areas for axial separation of the first and second contact areas. The first gyratory crusher is characterized in that it comprises the above-described upper mantle and a splitter ring arranged radially inward from the upper mantle for the crushing mantle position support in the upper mantle. Generally, the splitter ring comprises an annular main body extending about a longitudinal axis and having an axially upper and axially lower ends.
EFFECT: crusher mantle eliminates the need for a casting compound.
