FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: oven includes a housing having a cavity and the first and the second mouths, an endless conveyor belt for receiving and transporting food products into the cavity and out of it through the first and the second mouths. Endless conveyor belt includes sections of loading and unloading of food. Oven also includes the first and the second oven doors for closing the first and the second mouths respectively, and the heat source for supplying heat to the cavity to heat food products placed on the endless conveyor belt portion which is disposed within the cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides conditions for the heat treatment of various food products in a conveyor oven.
