FIELD: material grinding.
SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding and mixing various components, used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The disintegrator contains cylindrical body 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In cylindrical body 1, disks 4 and 5 are placed and adapted for counter rotation, with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 rigidly fixed on them, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disk. In the center of the lower disk 5, a vertical cylinder 8 is rigidly fixed, which enters the loading device 2 with a process gap and is divided along the height of the impact elements 6 into four equal sectors rigidly fixed inside by vertical mutually perpendicular walls 9. Between the vertical cylinder 8 and the vertical walls 9, horizontal partitions 10, 11, 12, 13 are rigidly fixed, one in each sector, with the same pitch between adjacent horizontal partitions 10, 11, 12, 13 in height exceeding 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. In the vertical cylinder 8, through square cutouts 14, 15, 16, 17 are made, the lower horizontal edge 18 of each of which is in the same plane with the upper surface of the corresponding horizontal partition 10, 11, 12, 13, and the rear vertical edge 19 is opposite to the rotation of the lower disk 5 in the same plane with the surface of the corresponding vertical wall 9. The minimum size of through square cutouts 14, 15, 16, 17 exceeds Dmax, and the minimum radial distance from the outer surface of the vertical cylinder 8 to the inner row of impact elements 6 exceeds 2Dmax.
