FIELD: grinding; mixing.
SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding and mixing various components. The disintegrator contains cylindrical body 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In cylindrical body 1, disks 4 and 5 are placed and adapted for counter rotation, with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 rigidly fixed on them, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disk. Each impact element 6 and 7 of both horizontal disks is made T-shaped and consists of a vertical cylindrical holder, respectively, 8 and 9 and a radial rectangular plate, respectively, 10 and 11, rigidly fixed to its end, providing process gaps between the profile of each impact element 6, 7 and working surfaces of horizontal discs 4 and 5, as well as between the profiles of impact elements 6, 7 of adjacent rows. The number of impact elements 6 and 7 in a row increases from the center to the periphery of the horizontal disks 4 and 5. The gap between adjacent vertical cylindrical holders 8 and adjacent vertical cylindrical holders 9 in a row decreases from (2…3) Dmax to (1…2) Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. In the center on the lower horizontal disk 5, a collector 12 is rigidly fixed in the form of a conical ring with a large base at the top, in the lower part of the side walls of which through square cutouts 13 are made, the side of which exceeds 2Dmax, to the rear walls 14 of which, opposite to the rotation of the lower horizontal disk 5, are adjacent radial rectangular blades 15, on the outer end of each of which a rectangular cutout 16 is made, into which radial rectangular plates 10 of T-shaped impact elements 6 of the inner row enter with a process gap, rigidly fixed on the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinding and mixing due to the intensive movement of particles of various components in the peripheral zone of the working chamber.
