SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. After obtaining quality information relating to the quality difference between sections of the image of time-scheduled multimedia data, transmitting at least first and second data elements belonging to at least first and second portions of the image to be displayed at least partially, respectively, quality difference between sections of the image corresponding to the first and second data elements is consistent with the obtained quality information.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of visualization quality during streaming of time-planned multimedia data.
