FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: movement capture and analysis system in the form of a instrumental-diagnostic system consists of a software platform that allows to implement the definition of anthropometric parameters and patient's step cycle parameters followed by calculation of the individual track parameters and the individual parameters of patient foot arch modifiers, and projector. The method includes anthropometric parameters determination: height, weight, lower limb length, as well as patient's step cycle parameters: cadence, periods of double and single support, half-step and step length, half-step and step width, step time and speed, angular displacement in the ankle by three axes using a computer system to capture and analyze movement. Then, based on these parameters, the system calculates the individual parameters of the patient's track, projecting it on the supporting surface and providing individual selection of patient's footmodifiers, providing active involvement of the ankle joint muscles into the process of deformity correction while walking. At that, the modifiers are secured by straps under the arch of the foot, and the patient walks along the path trace, trying to replicate the projected trace of steps as closely as possible. The number and duration of correction sessions are selected individually based on the deformation degree data.
EFFECT: invention of this group provide a tailor-made deformation correction while walking, gait stabilization.
