FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: sample is treated with a surfactant having a steroid skeleton having no hydroxyl group at the position 7 and representing bile acid or a derivative thereof. Thereinafter, the detection of vitamin D in the treated sample is performed. The kit as per the present invention includes a surfactant having a steroid skeleton, and a compound having an affinity for vitamin D, and / or a standard of vitamin D.
EFFECT: using the method and the kit allows to determine vitamin D with high accuracy.
