FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method is described for brucellosis pathogen species identification. Brucellosis pathogen species is identified by polymerase chain reaction method with hybridization-fluorescent results accounting in real time, which is put on one stage in the two reaction mixtures. One mixture comprises a combination of primers SEQ ID N 1, 3, 5 and probes SEQ ID N 2, 4, 6 to genes bcsp31, BRA0541, BRA0420, another mixture comprises primers SEQ ID N 7, 9, 11 and probes SEQ ID N 8 10, 12 to the genes BMEI1426, BMEII0711, BMEI0994. In the absence of a fluorescence with a species-specific DNA target and its presence with the rest used DNA targets, belonnging to species B. abortus, B. melitensis, B. ovis, B. canis, B. neotomae, and by the presence of a fluorescence signal with all DNA target, belonging to species B. suis is determined.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve efficiency and reduce the time of the identification of 6 major Brucella species.
