FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: differentiation of strains is carried out by sequencing method. Method includes isolatation of chromosomal DNA is tested strain, carrying out polymerase chain reaction, amplification of fragments of genes rhaS and araC and determination of their nucleotide sequences. Genotype of tested strain is determined by comparison with genotypes of main and not main subspecies.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out subspecific differentiation of strains of plague causative agent quickly, efficiently and reliably.
