FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: application system (1, 17) for two-component materials comprises a composition reactive with liquid and a curing component. The composition is placed in the first packaging unit. The curing component is placed in the second packaging unit. The volume of the curing component is 5% or less of the composition volume reactive with liquid in the first packaging unit. The first packaging unit is a tubular bag. The second packaging unit is a hard-walled cartridge. The system further comprises a dynamic mixer (17) adapted to be inserted into the applicator and to be actuated by the applicator. The method of creating an adhesive connection and / or sealing, made of the bicomponent materials, which contain a composition reactive with liquid and a curing component, comprises the stages. According to these stages the composition reactive with liquid is placed in the first packaging unit. Thereafter, the curing component is placed in the second packaging unit. The volume of the curing component in the second packaging unit, is 5% or less of the composition volume reactive with liquid in the first packaging unit. The first packaging unit is a tubular bag. The second packaging unit is a hard-walled cartridge. Then the dynamic mixer is taken and inserted into the first and the second packaging units in the applicator, in particular into the battery-operated applicator. Thereafter, the applicator is inserted into the mixer at the predetermined position against the first and the second packaging units, and the first and the second packaging units are opened. Then the applicator is controlled to eject simultaneously the predetermined substance amount of the composition reactive with liquid and the curing component to the adhesive compound or sealing with simultaneous mixing of the two components. The battery-operated applicator (1) for the applicative system comprises a holder (2, 3) for placing the first and the second packaging unit. The applicator also comprises an electric drive (4, 5, 8-15) with a battery as a current source, intended for coordinated and dosed ejection of the composition cured with liquid from the first packaging unit and the curing component from the second packaging unit. The drive (4, 5, 8-15) also serves to actuate a separate dynamic mixer (7) inserted into the applicator (1).

EFFECT: providing the possibility to reduce the mixing power, to use widespread two-component materials with a suitable packaging configuration in different application areas.
