FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for prediction hematogenous metastasis in case of non-specific invasive breast carcinoma in patients with bad response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, according to which the infiltrative component of the neoplasm is examined at a light-optical level, characterized by a morphological study of tumour tissue structure and during histological estimation of the infiltrative component of the neoplasm, alveolar, tubular, trabecular, solid structures and discrete groups of tumour cells are determined, and in the presence of alveolar structures, high risk of hematogenous metastasis is predicted.
EFFECT: method simplification while maintaining accuracy and information content.
