FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to implement the invention, the infiltrative component of the neoplasm is examined at the light-optical level. Alveolar, tubular, trabecular, solid structures and discrete groups of tumor cells are determined. If trabecular structures are present, a high risk of hematogenic metastasis is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to determine the risk of hematogenic metastasing in case of non-specific invasive breast carcinoma in a certain group of patients, namely, in patients with a good response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
