FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing an acidic aqueous solution with an organic phase, which contains 5-nonylsalicylaldoxime, with extraction of metal parts of the acidic aqueous solution. A subsequent increase or maintain the concentration of the metal in the organic phase by recycling from 50 to 100% of the organic phase solution containing metal. Mixing is carried out until the concentration of metal in the organic phase of the solution in the range from 0.3 g/l to 25 g/l. Mixing an organic phase solution containing a metal with the extraction of the aqueous phase solution containing an inorganic compound which performs the inverse of metal extraction, with the extraction of metal parts from the organic solution phase to the extraction of the aqueous phase solution. Extraction of the metal from the extraction of the aqueous phase solution with extraction of the metal.

EFFECT: method allows to extract metals, which are present in aqueous solution in trace amounts, and good phase separation is provided without the formation of a third phase or emulsion.
