FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electrostatic field sensor contains a vibrating modulator consisting of an inductor, permanent magnets, a flexible movable beam in the form of a curved profiled strip with an elliptical screening hole, a body and a base. A flexible movable beam is made of a ferromagnetic material and is located on the axis of the inductor symmetry. The permanent magnets are arranged symmetrically about the axis of the inductor, orthogonal to the beam plane, so that the field of the permanent magnet is orthogonal to the inductor magnetic field.
EFFECT: reducing the mass-dimension parameters of measuring devices, increasing the measurement accuracy, noise immunity and resolving power, increasing the manufacturability of a product due to manufacturing of individual design elements by a group method.
